Due to the hygienic nature of our products and our global fulfillment model, all sales are final once an order has been shipped.

3. Return Shipping Costs
If a return is required for an approved claim, Vera Noah will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.
If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
