Our Sustainable Shipping Approach

At Vera Noah, we ship directly from global fulfillment partners to reduce waste, excess inventory, and carbon emissions. This allows us to offer high-quality, plant-based beauty tools at accessible prices.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, orders may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be changed or cancelled.


2. Shipping Times

Because we work with global fulfillment centers, delivery times vary depending on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 8–18 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–25 business days

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated (e.g., free shipping promotions).


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.


5. Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand

While these delays are outside of our control, we will always do our best to assist you.


6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Vera Noah is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.

If tracking shows your package as "delivered" but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier

  • Contact us for assistance

We will help initiate an investigation with the shipping provider. However, Vera Noah cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.


8. Split Shipments

To improve delivery efficiency and reduce environmental impact, items in your order may ship separately and arrive at different times.


9. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.


10. Alignment with Return Policy

Because our products ship from global fulfillment partners:

  • All sales are final once shipped (no returns for change of mind)

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a replacement or refund if reported within 14 days of delivery
